Your data is yours.
Pulse works fully offline and never requires an account. Steps are read from Apple Health, read-only and with your permission. Optional iCloud sync stores data only in your personal, private iCloud. We can't see it, ever.

Do I need an account?
No. Pulse has no login screen, no server and no feed of other people. You open the app and log your day. That's the whole deal.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing happens. No streak resets, no guilt messages, no notifications pulling you back. Tomorrow starts fresh, and that is exactly the point.
Does Pulse count calories or macros?
No, and it never will. Counting every bite turns health into homework. Pulse tracks the handful of things that build consistency and leaves the rest alone.
What happens to my data?
It stays on your iPhone, or in your personal iCloud if you turn sync on. We cannot access it either way. The full privacy policy has the details.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone, with iOS 17 or newer. There is no Android version planned right now.
What does it cost?
Pulse is free to download and use. There are no ads.
